So, in just a sec, I have to go get my car serviced and my new inspection sticker put on.

Ok, y'all are going to love this. The guy that owns the station and I have a friendly political rivalry. Really. It's very passive aggressive friendly. He makes comments about me being a Kerry supporter, and I make comments about him supporting Spongehead Dumbass. Really, through, he's a good service man, and he always has a smile on his face.

So, in a sec, I'm going to get my oil changed and all of my belts and hoses checked. He will once again make a remark about my "somewhere in Texas a village is missing it's idiot" bumper sticker. I will make a remark about him supporting the biggest moron ever to inhabit the white house.

So, when he lowers the hood and tells me I'm done, I'm going to tell him "THANKS! Now I won't have to worry when I drive over to Crawford to support the Cindy Sheehan protest!"

LOL. I love exchanging barbs with this guy. :D

with this statement. I have a sticker on my car which states "Liberal Veteran" which brings many remarks and rude gestures, not to mention that I am a member of Veterans for Peace and my VFP t-shirts brings similar comments. I always reply with a peaceful comment so the belligerents do not know how to respond. Being a "liberal democrat" in SC requires a THICK skin.

Wage Peace, the tide is indeed turning!
