more of a hop-head myself

although I did just help a friend of mine work through a keg of "peach wheat" (canned peach syrup in secondary) homebrew. Blew away most of the commerical wheat's I've had.

17. peaches and hops (not hobs)

after the beer mellowed out a bit, the peach was nothing more than a faint hint, but it did open up the whole bouquet, so to speak.

I like pale ales, whether they be American or India, (APA or IPA). I like the fruity, high-alpha acid hops. Horizon, Cascade, Fuggles, Amirillo, Northern Brewer are some of my favorites.

Favorite beers in the style are Summit Extra Pale Ale, Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale, Rockies Brewing Mojo IPA, and the ever popular Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
