Help! Boston area DUers!!!!
My FIL, who is elderly and almost blind, took a flight to Boston today and the limo company that I hired to pick him up, Boston Coach, didn't connect with him.

Are there any shuttle services out of Logan that will drive him to BUrlington?

I am freaking losing my mind.

1. I'd recommend hopping on the Logan Express
It's a bus that runs every half hour. Take the one that goes to Woburn, then get a taxi from there to whereever he needs to be.

2. Thanks, dude, but he is incapable of doing that.
He can't read the signs. Any other ideas?

3. The busses are color coded
have him ask airport info - it's the same company that runs the airport which runs these busses

5. Did you call Boston coach?
Otherwise, have him talk with a security person or airline person. They'll help him to right bus or a taxi. There are taxi stands right outside each terminal. A taxi from Logan to Burlington would probably cost around $60 plus tip (but have him ask first, so they don't rip him off).

8. Maybe he's fine
Maybe he found his own way or someone helped him. Otherwise, call Logan 1-800-23-LOGAN or (617) 561-1800, and if that doesn't work, call the airline who can probably advise you.

7. A service I use is very reliable and might be able to help
It's called G&S Limo - ask for Ara (the owner) and tell him that Jackie from Cubist sent you.....

He's wonderful - sorry I don't have the number with me!
