Poll question: At the current price how much will you be spending on Gasoline each Month?

At $2.50 per gallon, with my four cylinder sedan, and my just short of full time pizza delivery job, I will be spending $150 - $200 per Month on Gasoline.

Ouch!

By the way, I get one dollar per delivery on my paycheck to cover the cost of gasoline and auto repair, which it doesn't.

1. we fill up every month or two. But folks, you pay for gas at the market

too. Takes fuel to grow food and get it to a store near you. Even if you walk or ride a bike everywhere, you are still paying for high fuel prices.

It won't affect just veggies, though.

10. They raised delivery fee from $1 to $1.50, yet drivers still get only $1

And since we cover a large area I'd say delivery distances average 3 miles round trip per delivery.

Also those who run this place want deliveries taken one at a time, so we aren't able to save miles by taking several deliveries at once.

6. this month, not much.

next month through the end of april i spend alot more, living at school and such. 1 round trip is 50 bucks. i work off campus, and in the next town over at that so theres alot more driving than i should be doin.

so yah, summer - low... fall, winter and spring - high.

a few of us are carpooling to save. Otherwise I'd be paying almost 150.00 per month on gasoline alone not to mention the upkeep on the vehicle.

Though they're at, I think, $1.066/litre here right now. Which equals about $3.38/gallon (USD). I am very glad I don't drive right now.

11. Before the gas bomb hit, I was spending about $15.00

per week to get to and from work. Now, however, it's gone up to $20.00/week.

My budget for gas is going to be $50.00 per month, no matter how high it goes. After I go beyond that, it's on the bus for me.

The Radio Station I worked for over the summer wants me to stop back before I leave For Stevens Point, I think they might have something for me, So I'm going to have to go, that's a 20 minute drive one way. Then there's the drive to Stevens Point on the 4th, that'll eat at least half a tank, then, this semester, I'll actually be using my car much more due to my position as Community News Producer for our campus TV Station. I'll bew in charge of a weekly news magazine, and I'll be doing a lot of driving around the area to cover stories, so I'll be spending some money.
