Need a meat loaf recipe...
I am having a craven for meat loaf. I need a good recipe for the sauce to put on top. Just ketchup is kind of bland. Need something with alot of flavor. Something that is cooked on the loaf. Anyone have any personal favorites?

1. what I do
is mix dry mustard, brown sugar, ketchup and a hint of tobasco together and poke holes in the meatloaf so that it seeps through. I don't have measurements to give you .. I just do it by taste.

I LOVE lots of dry mustard in it, it's spicy, and the brown sugar gives it a nice sweet/spicy taste.

2. Your favorite spaghetti sauce or condensed tomato soup
Maybe spiced a little. Go for the sweeter style spaghetti sauce, like a burgundy marinara.

Oh yeah, and use vegetarian meatloaf!!(Just kidding, but I felt bad as a vegetarian giving advice on meat dishes!)

use 1/2 cup ketchup, 2 tbsps honey, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, and some Worcestershire sauce. It usually comes out pretty good.
