1. I also don't where the Shrub found his but,
Edited on Sun Aug-14-05 06:40 PM by OrwellwasRight
except for the Shrub, I have always found codpieces sexy.

Men should wear more codpieces (and velvet and hats and doublets and tights).

On Edit: I couldn't type my way out of a paper bag.

9. And she's a Democrat!
And Gorilla Grodd and Solomon Grundy are Republicans.

Or at least, that's my story.

11. I think Fred and Solomon are Cousins, and I guess I can buy
Batman as a libertarian. But didn't he ever make any drug busts? Perhaps he opposed it politically, but just found it part of his job.

Kind of like Democrats who work in law firms defending Arthur Anderson's accountants in the Enron debacle. I have a friend who does that.

More importantly, what do you think the leanings of Frylock, Shake, Meatwad, and Carl are?

12. Not sure on those......
Don't know them enough....

But I do know that Superman is a democrat and that this Green Lantern is probably a republican....

Wonder Woman, a royalist....

Jon Johnson, well, he's an alien....

this Flash is probably apolitical....

Mr. Miracle and Barda probably fight a lot about politics...
but end up having geat sex after the shouting stops....

13. I don't know Jon Johnson, Mr. Miracle or Barda,
but you can learn more about the Aqua Teens here:

Here is my attempt to post a pic of the Aqua Teens (but if it doesn't work, just know this is my first time to even try it):

15. I used to watch it regularly before it went "unlimited,"
and I'm not even sure when it is on anymore, so I catch it only infrequenty these days.

Are Mr. Miracle and Barda two of the characters added to the line-up since it went "unlimited," and I just haven't caught them yet?

I do know the Martian Manhunter. I have to tell you that I never saw his alter-ego name in print. By the way his Justice League colleagues pronouce it, I always thought his name was the French "Jean." But I guess I was just reading into it.

17. You know I am a
47 year old man who still watches this stuff....

I got hooked way back in the sixties....

it's on 9:00 EST on Saturday nights...

The story line has been great, about a secret society trying to put Lex Luther in the White House.......

Reality meets the cartoon world....

18. the old saying is so true: "truth is stranger than fiction"
If it wasn't, fiction writers would not have to rip stories from the headlines. Practically every Star Trek episode was some kind of comment on 60s current events, and Law and Order proudly advertises its fictional take on reality.

I love your sig line, by the way. My mom never said that, but I know she thought it.

20. I will definitely be here.
I hope to go to all the DU events during the big protest weekend, but come on down anytime. :hi:

DC could always use an additional Dem-Green-Cartoon fan in town (those damn stuffed shirts who work for all the Repugs get very annoying, as you can imagine).
