Ever take a hot shower or bath......
and your eyes dry out and your contacts get stuck to your eyes and you either have to yank them out (and risk tearing either them, your eyes or both) or water them over & over again with the contact solution?

i hate it when that happens.

what about you?

2. I take my contacts out before I shower.
I've been down that road before and learned my lesson.

5. hey heidi--it's almost 2:45 a.m. here
what's the swiss time?

and maybe i'll try taking my contacts out before hand next time...except i take long baths and read in the tub before i move on to shower--and my glasses get steamed up.

sigh.

6. We're GMT +1.
That's 7 hours later than Central Time in the US.

Do you need your glasses for reading? (The reason I take mine out when showering is that I've lost a couple down the drain that way, but I _rarely_ read in the shower, anyway. )

7. I've fallen asleep in them a couple of times
Then woke up during the night eyes feeling bloody horrendous - and removed them.

Once I was utterly convinced that I still had them in, and spent about ten minutes trying to remove them, before realising that I'd taken them out before.

I tend to shower first thing, and so don't have lenses in until after I've showered.
