So, my infirm FIL is going to Boston to see his lady friend

and Air Tran puts him on the wrong plane. Yup. Instead of Boston, he ends up in Atlanta.

I try to get through to Air Tran to find out where the old guy is and this fuckwit named Ryan puts me on hold for 20 minutes. So, I am going out of my mind worrying that this guy, who is 79, almost blind and a little, well you know, is wandering around somewhere in a closed airport.

Ryan refuses to tell me anything. This after the little fuckwit asks for so much identifying information I swear that I will become a victim of identity theft. So, I start to get upset. And Ryan, the fuckwit, tells me I am rude and hangs up.

Ryan, how is unemployment treating ya, ya fuckwit?

Thanks to Boston area DUers for their help the other night. Everything turned out fine and the people at Logan who work for MassPort are the best. Absolutely the best.

it was the American airlines strike, they are the worst airline ever. They bumped a bunch of passangers that were flying to Florida to get on their cruise ship, Air tran bumped them so they could take AA passangers becasue their tickets were worth more money.
