What the hell was THAT all about? I was shocked. What a bunch of whiney pansies. With Mettallica I expect vitriol, violence and intoxication. Instead I got a bunch of aged rockers getting all deep and waxing intellectualism all day. They bitch about everything, and act as though they're in some 12 step program. The whole show was about them and they're onsite shrink. Metal bands don't need SHRINKS. No wonder their music has sucked since "Load".
It was so.....................LAME!!! I was so fucking dissappointed.

where the likes of Snoop Dogg and Avril Lavinge covered their songs: "The Metallica I knew and loved would have run, not walked away...and they would have taken the severed head of at least one MTV executive with them."

Bob rock has turned this band into just another big-market whore. Everything has to be so damned polished now. They never used to play like that. It's so pathetic. I want what they used to have, but I'm afraid the combination of age, sobriety and ego prevent it from ever happening.
