The "lone poster" probably resides in a dark cave somewhere and has only
recently "discoverd the interent." Or, the "lone poster" resides in a mental rehab clinic, drinks mucho coffee at Starbucks or lives their life in the local Public Library.

I wouldn't take it seriously, or you might get a "swelled head."
