Would you want to own a hairless cat?
They're hideous, all wrinkly and pink. (Living in Canada they wouldn't last too long.

1. But they are VERY affectionate...as they like the closeness of people for
their warmth..and hideous is often in the eyes of the beholder. I saw one in person and they felt like warm suede, and they were actually very sweet.

2. I guess you mean a sphynx. They also need to be bathed 3x daily
While I was adopting my two kittens, I passed by a sphynx in one of the cages. At first I thought, what a great idea. No cat hair all over the place, but when the shelter volunteer explained how to care for him, I changed my mind. If they aren't bathed, they develop skin sores or something.
