15. I'm confused by it
is it just the dog's head on a fake body or did they actually manage to dress up the dog and prop it in that position?

26. Shaking my head
I feel very sorry for the dog. That's plain ridiculous, but it's common with pet owners, more with dogs than cats, thankfully. I can understand putting a dog sweater on a small dog with little to no insulating fur in the wintertime, but getting a dog done up this much is an indication that the owner can not distinguish their dog from a human child, that in fact, the dog is a substitute for that child in most cases.

Look over at ebay, for example, and you will find hundreds of dealers hawking merchandise geared to this obsessive behavior, and you will realize that it's not just a small group of people into it. Most cat owners would never subject their cats to this, unless it was totally for fun and on a whim, but many of these dog owners do this every single day for their dogs, which is a bit of questionable behavior IMO.

29. It's a fake people!
I think some people on this thread are under the impression that the dog is dressed in this outfit... basically, it's a headless doll with fake doggie arms and legs that's probably clipped to the dog's collar or something harmless like that.

I think it's a silly waste of money, and maybe the owner has a screw loose, but I don't think it constitutes abuse.

Oh yeah, and Conan O'Brien doesn't make Triumph actually smoke cigars.
