Just take a few aspirin and try to drown out the sounds of nature.

It's possible you might have drunk some unclean water, too. If the headache isn't gone tomorrow when you wake up, might be good to check your water purifier before you really hit the river in earnest.

20. MrG and I go rustic camping without the kids...but we haven't done

it in awhile. This is inexpensive and fun for the kids. It's so "not camping" they even do crafts on the weekends. ;)
