7. We just got back from Canada (Albert and BC)

and we never saw a mile/km marker on the trans-Canada highways. How the heck do you call in an emergency? "I am somewhere between Medicine Hat and Calgary. Come find me. There is a big field of purple flowers beside me." BTW - we loved Canada.
