i'm just tired and cranky. :(

when i go to GD, and such, i put a Lot of effort into what i'm gathering or writing, because it's usuaLLy a serious subject (here in the Lounge, i'm shooting from the hip).

and it's annoying to see my thread about what i ate get over 20 responses, but my thread informing peopLe of governor mitt romney's speech yesterday (where he pLays the war president card, ties iraq to 9/11, admonishes peopLe to remember freedom isn't free) gets zero.

I've tried to float some seriousness as well.

If it isn't within a narrowly defined topic... It falls.

There are so many areas of concern and there are so many
people here on DU. You'd think someone would pick up the
ball. Rarely happens though.

9. It's a crapshoot. I think if you've got something to say or if you have

some information to share, you should post.

If nobody responds, that's sort of sad, particularly if you think the post is important, but the information sharing is critical. So please keep doing it. It benefits more than just DU - there are a lot of "connectors" here, and the information flows through them to others who have never even heard of DU. Keep connecting.
