He just hit the 1000 post mark here at DU.

I'm durn proud of him. After all that time of me giving him stuff to read here at DU, after all the times he put up with my DU addiction making dinner late or laundry wrinkled, he's now an active poster and has hit the magic 1000 number.

Many years ago when I first met him, I made the comment to one of my friends that he was the only man I'd ever met that walks the walk of a true progressive. Kev is the only man I've ever known that worried enough about social justice that he chose his career based on that ideal, and he has remained dedicated thru thick and thin.

He's an activist in the labor movement, MIS director for a group that works for social justice and a Vice Chair in our local Dem party. Rounding that out is the fact that he's a number one Dad and super husband. I'm proud of him, and I am proud of his milestone here at DU.
