While I am perusing today's Los Angeles Times, a barista goes to the window and places a "STOP" sign-shaped red warning sticker to tell potential robbers about the cash being kept in a time-delayed safe.

In big letters at the bottom of the sticker, is the logo for DIEBOLD. :tinfoilhat:

I betcha a double tall vanilla latte that the cash is one thing that never gets miscounted or hacked, eh? ;-)

Anyway, I usually defend Starbucks, whose labor practices and benefits aren't nearly as bad as that wretched Naomi Klein wants you to think, but here I can draw the line.

Unfortunately, LOTS of companies use Diebold in this way, and a boycott may not even make a damn difference.

Our local Krispy Kreme makes better coffee anyway, but the only way to resist the evil temptation of the World's Best Donuts is to not go at all. I have to maintain my curvy voluptuous figure, after all...

I think just about every bank is in cahoots with Diebold. Banks are evil, but using a mattress is out of the question...
