If I get demoted or lose my job, which is likely, it's all over.

What can I do?

Ultimately, I'll get the last laugh. I'll tell her of peak oil and everything else on the final day. The witch deserves no less...

to that necessary to perform your job professionally.

Keep a record of things she does that are offensive or inappropriate. Keep copies of email.

Take responsibility for your reaction/response to her behavior. Consider the source.

Involve a manager and/or HR if she does something that is clearly illegal or violates company policy. This generally includes creating a hostile work environment.
