2. It is warm today

but not as hot as it has been. The birds are chirping, greeting the sun, and my two new baby kitties are playing "chase the tail". The trees stand as silent sentinals as I walk past, and the rocky cliff emits a coolness that is refreshing. Wish you were here to share it.

You'd probably find it less funny, though, if Barley-the-ever-hungry cat (who is my cat's brother, by the way) was the spectar at your patio door every morning. Look at that round little belly. Ever since he got his tail caught in the inkjet printer, I feed him to make him go away.
