Long Johns with cream filling and lots of frosting on top. Sugar high on that one.

They're iced with chocolate frosting and then split down the middle slightly and topped with gobs and gobs of vanilla cream frosting, making a white stripe down the middle. Hence the name. Enough sugar in one for several lifetimes.
