So what is the best way to get bumpersticker stick off of your car?

I have tried to scrap it off and it doesn't work. I have tried to spray it off with a pressure hose...

1. Try some peanut butter....

It works for removing other adhesives, and it shouldn't damage the finish on your car. Worth a shot anyway.

Breaks up the glue with citrus and you just wipe it off.

3. WD 40

Spray the sticker with a lubricant such as WD-40, and try to peel it off.. (WD-40 works, but this in itself isn't great for the environment... it's a little greasy, but residue comes off easily with a little soapy water.)

OR

Use warm soapy water and a soft, clean cloth to remove the sticker. Do NOT use any hard or sharp instruments to scrape it off.
Use rubbing alcohol with a soft, clean cloth to remove any left over tag or adhesive.

4. I was planning to junk the car before I stopped screaming about what

7. I've heard coat it in mayo (same principle as Peanut Butter) and cover

...with a plastic baggie lightly afixed with scotch tape for a couple of days.

Things such as lighter fluid, bestine and acetone (nail polish remover) can remove paint, so I'd be very careful.

8. Hairdryer. The heat will help to peel off. It worked for me in WI winter!

Hairdryer to heat the glue, peel off what you can; Goo Gone to clean up the residue.
