Who here *got* the hopeful note Re: gay marriages on SFU last night?

Keith and David were married at one point - and the family Priest is presiding.

Considering the obit states that David was Keith's husband, I think the writers are definitely saying gay marriages will happen in their lifetime....

Just wondering if anyone else noticed that?

2. David & Keith were the best couple on TV straight or gay

and I loved how they evolved throughout the series and ultimately became a family by reaching out to 2 children who really needed a home!

4. They alluded to that in season 2

But the priest at one point said he wasn't gay - but who knows? At one point they had the priest say to David that he had to talk to him, and they never carried that any further.
