It's the Blueberry Cobbler thread!
Just prepped some blueberry cobbler, took the little one for a run in the jogging stroller, and now I'm getting the oven fired up. So soon we shall see the inaugural blueberry cobbler at the Savalas household. Stay tuned to DU for updates!

1. My lovely one is doing up some zucchini bread as we speak.
But blue cobb sounds cool.

With fresh, hot coffee: ohhhhhhhhhh HEAVEN!

6. Quite healthy, too.
Supposedly blueberries have more antioxidants than any other fruit. At least that's what some guy on the TV said.

4. Didja pick the blueberries?
Every time I tried to pick blubes this summer, I got thwarted.

And in the grocery store, they are overpriced and moldy.

Other years, we were in blueberry heaven....

5. Nah, I'm not that dedicated.
Got some at the green grocer on the corner. They were nice and fresh, no mold. At $3 Cdn a pint I don't think they were ridiculously expensive.

7. No, that's a decent price.
They were going for $3 a *half* pint around here, ugh.
