do you complain?
I exchanged a new PDA that was locking up.
The replacement one was open box.
Oh, it's a $500 PDA w/ extended warranty I paid $70 more for; some will summarily object but those things have helped me too often in the past.

2. I'd try to get a new one but |
|
I would've insisted on it at the time. Might be a bit more difficult now.

Except I didn't notice they gyped me until I got home. There should be no problems at all.
They treated me like snot too... so I won't go back to THAT location...

4. Hey, Hypno...a few questions... |
|
Is the one they gave you damaged in any way? The screen scratched? Is there appointments or the like already entered into its memory? Have you powered it on and watched the boot process? Just because the box is open does NOT mean it was returned...or was there a sitcker on the box that stated it was an open box item? Best Buy? Circuit CIty?
