people wanted to pay me for the strangest things today

I have to admit, I don't get out much. Since my husband died almost two years ago I've pretty much lived the life of a hermit. Today while at my mom, my son (12) decided he wanted to stay over and I said ok.

I got back home about 5 and read for a while here, but I decided I'd take a shower, get dressed and go out to a bar where one of my sister's bartend.

There was about 12 people in the bar (it's just a small local spot) and I sat down and ordered a beer. Pretty soon three men walk in with the bar. With them was a very odd looking asian man. His hair was disheveled and gray and he had a huge pair of glasses on his face. He was dressed a little odd too, a long sleeve shirt over top of a tee (nothing odd about that) but he had a pair of snow boots on and his pants were tucked into it. They sat down, ordered their drinks and something to eat and I turned back to the football game we were watching.

After about 30 minutes, one of the men walks up to me and says he'll give me 10 dollars if I would kiss his friend. He said he was driving down the street and his friend said to stop there because something special was going to happen. He said his friend was from Hong Kong but had lived here since he was a child and that he had never been kissed, not even by his mother. The guy seemed very sincere, but I had to decline.

A little while later, the owner (who happened to be in tonight because the cook didn't show up) came up and asked me if I knew anything about real estate. I'm not in the business but I'm a home owner so I've been through the process of buying a home. Anyway I asked him ""Why"" So the guy says to me (as he grips his member) ""Can you tell me if this is alot"". Well I laughed because I figured it was a joke and he was just trying to get a rise out of me. But no sooner than he had returned to the kitchen, my sister (what was she thinking) says to me, I'll give you 10 dollars if you go in the kitchen and flash your breasts at my boss. Needless to say, I declined that offer too.

Finally, two guys sitting at the bar asked me if I would drive them down the street to another bar for 5 dollars (what, do I look like I need money or something) they didn't want drink and drive. I took them down the street and he left 5 dollars on the bar.

It was the weirdest evening I've had in... well.... ever.

19. yeah except for one thing

I missed a damn class. I couldn't find the building where it was at. I wandered around for about 40 minutes and said screw it. I thought I knew where it was. I can't see how I missed it. No big deal I guess. I'll get it worked out on Wednesday when I show up to class then.
