Mark Williams Weeknights 7:00-10:00 and Wednesdays 7:20 AM
With KFBK's 50,000 watt signal, Mark takes calls from the North Slope of Alaska to the southern tip of Baja, and from as far east as Montana. Emails come in from the troops in the Middle East, and World Wide Web listeners -- well, the world wide!
But it is Northern California, and the local and world events that affect Northern California, that Mark and his listeners debate each night. From the recall election to driver's licenses for illegal aliens; same-sex marriage to biased and anti-American media; and Mark's (and his listeners') strong support for America's heroes on the front lines - it's all there. If it is happening Northern California, or impacts us in any way, Mark and his audience are on it -- and often in the middle of it.
Mark frequently wades into crowds of anti-American or pro-illiegal alien protesters with his ever-present tape recorder and offers up a challenge. His listeners organize massive demonstrations: 5,000 during the Democrat attempt to steal the 2000 Election; 4,000 to support our troops; and hundreds to help observe "Yellow Ribbon Day," established with Mark's urging by the county of Sacramento as a day to honor our men and women serving in overseas missions. In addition, Mark has been responsible for raising money and praise for homeland heroes, and was the first broadcaster in California to call for the hundreds of thousands of signatures required on petitions to recall a governor and take drivers licenses out of the hands of illegal aliens.
Mark is a frequent guest on national news programs, and since 2004 has been a regular contributor to FOX NEWS CHANNEL's Fox News Live where he can be seen and heard commenting on the major issues of the day every Wednesday. On the Mark Williams Radio Show it's not right versus left, it's right versus wrong. The Mark Williams Radio Show is "No agenda radio" for Northern California and the West Coast.
