Those young whippersnappers at work think life is easy?

Overheard one summer student thinks he's going to get a 40,000 year job right off the bat.

Like. Really. Not before me, honey, I put in more time than you so far. :evilgrin:

1. My stepdaughter was like that,

she had to accept many thousands a year less than that.

4. And now to make it worse,

she and her husband are in debt for 2 timeshares that they can't seem to sell, a house that is not selling, and two new vehicles.

And they want to sell their current house to build a McMansion.

Silly kids.

3. We have two guys in their early 20s here ..

who don't understand why they can't use the fast internet connection to play video games. They also think they should be able to go downstairs and get breakfast when they get here...


They've both been fired. I hope they turn this into a positive but I've got to say the lack of giving a damn was amazing.

But, we also have other youngsters that are awesome so not all hope is lost :D

5. We just hired some college grads at 40K+

I remember getting 18K right out of college and thinking I was hot shit!
