my daughter's best friend Tina, who she works with(nurses), has just been shot four times in the hospital parking lot by her ex-husband who is a former cop. he has not been found yet. tina had to be life flighted to a trauma center and my daughter is with her. we do not yet know if she is going to make it. we are waiting for my daughter to call. she also has two small children. so maybe some prayers will help. thank you in advance.

SHAMOKIN, Pa. - A police officer fatally shot his estranged wife at the hospital where she worked, fled and remained at large Wednesday, police said.

Tina Curran, 31, of Mount Carmel, was shot several times. She was flown to the trauma unit at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, where she was pronounced dead.

Police would not say whether the shooting occurred inside or outside of Shamokin Area Community Hospital.
That's curious--why would the police be keeping mum about that?
