16. I've got one!

Last night a contractor called us out of the blue to say she was coming by this a.m. to look at our bathroom (per our landlady) but she didn't say what time. I called twice, nothing, FINALLY got her as she was leaving a concert, and she agreed to come at 8:30.

We waited until 9:00 - finally my SO went to work, and I called again, and eventually paged her. She called right back that time, and said, "HI, THIS IS CONNIE. I'M REALLY SICK. I CAN'T COME OVER TODAY."
