3. I know the feeling...

I'm very lucky, though. I suffer from insomnia, and a condition which causes chronic paint. I can survive because I am retired. My income is very low, but so far I'm making it, and I can keep whatever hours my body lets me, except for when I have doctor appointments.

I truly feel for those with children still at home, or jobs they have to report to, who are trying to cope on almost no sleep, and the sleeping-pill-hangover feeling of the pill that doesn't work.

I wish for the rest of you, a restful sleep, and sweet dreams.

4. Lately I'm in this cycle

where I get almost no sleep one day, and do nothing but sleep the next. Granted, I'm trying to shift my daily routine from night owl to early to bed, early to rise and everything... but still this is driving me nuts. :(

5. I did that tonight..

One melatonin at 8PM yesterday, thinking it'd have me out by 10PM. No such luck. I've been up all night, and I have a pre-employment physical at 9AM. Good times, indeed.. :(
