Milwaukee Landlord Faces Criminal Charges

MILWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee landlord arrested for not paying fines was criminally charged Friday with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

Police said it wasn't easy to arrest Timothy Brophy Jr.

According to the complaint, when officers came to arrest him, he ran from police, broke into one of his tenant's apartments and hid under the bed.
