Panda stuff, just loved the picture.

Two of these Pandas China is giving to Taiwan, and Taiwan can choose which. That's pretty much all the article says. And they speculate whether that means a thawing in relations.

3. It was a reference to the show "South Park"

In one episode, they poked fun at totally ridiculous mascots for for various causes by having the "Sexual Harassment Panda" show up at the kids' school. Things got strange, and chaos ensued.

Excellent episode if you can ever manage to catch it. :D
