What DVD/VHS movie box sets have you bought?
Edited on Sun Aug-28-05 12:39 PM by caty
I just bought the box set of "The Thin Man" series with William Powell and Myrna Loy.
I also have: All 6 sets of "Midsomer Murders"
"Star Wars"
"Alien"
"Lethal Weapon"
As you can see, I have variety in the moves I like.

1. All the Simpsons seasons released so far...
What has it been....5? 6?

Anyway, those are the only TV series I own. I also go the Krystof Kaslowski (sp?) box set with his three color movies on them (Red, White, Blue). I also have a box set of 100 Classic monster/horror movies on them.

6. BBC "The Office" complete series
We're not too big on actually purchasing movies, but this show is truly brilliant.

10. All of the West Wing Series
The House of Cards trilogy (anybody who has an interest in British politics - or indeed politics generally - should buy this, absolutely wonderful).

The Dukes of Hazzard Series 1.

A collection of Audrey Hepburn films.

I can't walk within a mile of the boxed set of Yes Minister without being sorely tempted - I suspect that this will join the collection within a month or so.

B.T.W. though I don't watch the series, you might be interested to know that the villages used for filming Midsomer Murders are all within about 10 miles of me :D

12. Star Wars, Indiana Jones
I couldn't wait for LOTR, so I have those individually.

As far as TV series, I have "Dead Like Me", "Reno 911" and "Space Ghost Coast to Coast".

I also have a couple of Laurel and Hardy boxed sets, but they don't have most of their best stuff on DVD yet.
