Make that 9 to 20 hours a day. She has a good appetite and seems happy.

2. Look, if I didn't have to work,
I would sleep 18 hours every day, too. If she's old, but seems fine otherwise, I wouldnt' sweat it at all.

6. as long as she's eating she's fine.
my 12 1/2 year old dog kodi sleeps most of the day now. as long as she can get around and has an appetite she's most likely okay.

i would suggest glucosamine/chondritin/msm suppliments for her joints, and if she has problems with walking or getting up, ask the vet about rymidol.

my kodibear is slowing down rapidly lately, and i hope she makes it to her birthday on christmas.

she had a stroke nearly two years ago, so every day is a blessing for her (and me).

8. I think this is normal
My girl is nine and she naps all the time. We joke that she must be part cat :)

But when I get home from work, she comes to life and acts like a pup. It's so nice to have someone that crazy about you!
