1. In college

My friend, Doug, discovered that if he stood in a certain spot in his dorm room while on the phone, he would pick up the room above him. When he discovered this, he heard the tenant talk about how she needed to go get some more paper for a paper she had to write, but it was raining out and didn't want to go. Doug hung up his phone, got some paper, went upstairs, knocked on her door, handed her the paper then walked off - all without saying a word.

Doug and I both had a reputation for weirdness. That did me proud though. :)
