Thailand's Fuket Airline?

CNN.com has a story on France and Belgium blacklisting several airlines. The story says that one of the airlines is Thailand's Fuket Airline. How in the world is that pronounced?

Thailand's Phuket Airways, one of the airlines banned in France, demanded to know what criteria France used to judge it.

"I really don't understand what is the meaning of unsafe. Unsafe for what? Unsafe for operations or unsafe for what? Because we have never had a serious incident or accident, so I would like to ask back to the authorities what is the meaning of unsafe?" Phuket is a common Thai word - I've seen many a Thai restaurant called "phuket" and even "puket", and seen that word in other places as well.
