I hope all you nighthawks had a good night! I have a long work day ahead of me so here I am, at 6:20 in the morning, having some coffee with you and trying to wake up!

6. Yes and no

It makes scheduling daily tasks and appointments difficult, and being able to sleep days and stay up nights is a problem even though I've been doing this for years. However I enjoy the solitude and quiet, plus I get enough downtime to DU and read while on the clock, so there is a bonus in it.

where I had to work 2am to 10am and then went home and slept until 7pm, so I know how it is. Still...

My U.S. geography is not what it should be, but I kno that Tallahassee is in the wee-bit of Fl. sticking out to the West at the top.

We got a few rain showers, but then again, we get rain showers every day for 10 minutes, but that was it.

To my British ears it sounds ghastly beyond belief. We bitch and moan about our weather as a national past-time, but the thought that a large number of folk could actually be killed by weather is way off the scale here.
