After looking at all the devastation caused by hurricane Katrina, I was reminded of the new bankruptcy legislation that was pushed through and I want to know if people who were victims of natural disasters were exempt. If they don't have exemptions for medical necessity, the odds are slim that natural disaster victims will get much help.
