14. Actually, I think getting them off the endangered species list is more of

a milestone. Endangered species have to meet certain criterion to make the list and be appropriately protected. If they fall off the list that *should* mean that they're no longer endanger of extinction.

As I understand it it is illegal to kill any bird of prey, thank God. I'm not 100% certain.

The Eagles falling off the Endangered Species list I believe happened under Clinton. I don't doubt for a second, however, that George Jr. would love to losen the restrictions on the Endangered Species act so that his buddies can start hunting them again, along with the Grizzlies, etc.
