Now would someone kindly explain to me how gasoline already paid for and delivered in the tank in the ground can legally have it's price raised?
We have laws in NY called price gouging, let's see them enforced.

1. Actually, gas prices are as fluid as the gasoline itself... |
|
The price can fluxuate from the time it leaves the refinery to the time it gets to the pump. Actually, WHILE it's being pumped into the tanks it can change...it's insane. I agree though with the stuff already there...that is gouging, but they could have gotten more gas while you weren't looking? Duckie

not unless they have a secret underground pipeline. Hard to miss a gasoline truck in the gas station.
It is price gouging. Plain and simple.
Will anything be done?
Hell no.

3. the government should have stepped in and ordered a price fix |
|
but that only would have made sense, yep gotta love rampant capitalism. I'm just waiting for the reports of violence due to outrageous gas prices, I'm sure tempers will flare over labor day...not to be a downer or anything
