Has anyone heard from Maddy?
I don't know that many "names" and their matching avatars/sig pictures but that frog always cracks me up and I know she is from Louisiana. I had server problems earlier and haven't read all the disaster posts yet - almost can't face it. Anyway, this is for Maddy:

Front porch Toadfrog.
He is patiently wating for SOMEONE to clean and fill his dish.

2. Oh man.
Hopefully just because of power outages - she sounded like they were fairly well prepared on the last post I read (Sunday?)

I can't stand reading the news. I would rather hear things from real people. I hope she is ok.

7. She lives in Mississippi, above Louisiana
Fairly far above the Lake. I know other people even further south than she is who had no damage at all, but still have no power. Much of Mississippi is without power, and phone service is a mess.

So she should be fine, just powerless--as we all seem to be, these days.

10. I know, roughly. I don't want to say.
I don't know who much she keeps it secret, nor do I remember how I learned it, but since not everyone seems to know, I'm hesitant to say.

But she's west of the main line of the hurricane. Unless she lives on a creek or river, she wouldn't have gotten any water, just a lot of wind. She's north of the place you mentioned the other day.
