There Is No Such Thing As Gay Adultery In Canada According To Judge

A CANADIAN woman went to court yesterday for a divorce after her husband had a gay affair that was not recognised by Canada's justice system as adultery, nor as grounds for a fast split.

Shelley Pickering, 44, was married nearly 17 years when she found last year her husband was having an affair with a younger man, which he admitted.

A provincial judge refused to grant them an immediate divorce in February because Canada's common law definition of adultery - despite Canada's parliament legalising gay marriage last month - does not include homosexual relationships.

I have come across men who will sleep with other men whilst married because it's "not really cheating" - this seems to enshrine it in law.

All in all - I think that we gays should trumpet this as yet another step in our destruction of western society - all your adultery is belong to us. :woohoo:
