The mullets are more in the side towns. We have a couple of mulletin towns near Orlando.

If you get a chance, go up to St. Pete to the Dali museum, it is great!

8. Dali Museum story, re: my freeper sister.

This will add some levity to your stay in Florida, Matcom. I preface this by saying that I love my sister very, very much, but her worldview is very different from my own.

For my 35th birthday, I treated myself to a cross-country drive to Key West, where my sister was living. Once I got in Key West, I had the excellent idea of driving up to St. Pete to spend the day at the Dali Museum.

Heidi: "So, whatta ya think? Come on! It'd be lots of fun!"

Heidi's lil sis: "Are you kidding? Why would I drive all the way to St. Pete to talk to see a Cuban when we've got plenty right here?"

Heidi: "No. 1: Dali wasn't Cuban. No. 2: You won't get to talk to him. He's dead."

Heidi's lil sis: "You think I'm gonna drive that many hours to see a dead guy?"

freshly BBQ'd lamb chunks, not the pressed meat on a stick stuff. Yum!

And my best girlfriend from college and I spent the afternoon in a little shop that sold belly dancing outfits. Yes, we tried them on. :-)

Wish I could do that again. Ah memories.
