It's truly a multi-Martini kind of night

What a shitty week, witnessing the end of America and our devolution into Mad Max/Road Warrior-dom.

Unless these assholes in office can be gotten out in the next week, I really fear that we are done as a country. Unless other countries come in and help liberate us and/or bail us out, or somehow help.

But it's gonna take outside intervention, or the few Dems left in the government to grow some serious balls, to save this country.

if not, in a few weeks, we will be the States of Haliburton (or something similar).

And, since DU will be shut down, quite likely soon, let me take this chance to say goodbye to everyone, and that I hope you fare well in the gulags (or "worker housing" as I'm sure they will be called).

1. Hanging in the lounge with wine in hand has been great

For the past two months, we have had death in my family. My dog, my Grandfather, my Uncle who is hours away from death (in Hospice care) and my other Uncle, whose heath is declining quickly, plus the horrible events in the South, I have had enough. The Lounge has put a smile on my face and for that I'm grateful!
