I think it's one where he's surrounded by the angry zombie-like living dead----every person (Iraqi, American, TX prisoners, unrescued Katrina survivors) whose death he is responsible for--who keep coming after him eating the flesh off his bones, and everytime he runs up to Jesus begging to be saved, Jesus kicks him in the nuts.

Plutus, the wolf-like demon of wealth, dwells here.
