The people of NO are relatively peaceful now

But unless they are evacuated and cared for within days if not hours, expect the social order the maintains a thin thread of civility to break down and we'll see rioting in the streets.

That's when I expect the bullets to be flying, hard.

Without medicines and the immediate removal of the dead, more will die of disease. Malaria, dysentery, leprosy, cholera and yellow fever will run amok. Do we really expect action of this magnitude quick enough to prevent the worse of the worse to happen.

The city is still quarantined no one can leave.

When or if those diseases beging to manifest themselves very soon, there won't be any words to describe the abject horror of the situation.
