should a company you outsource to complain about how you use money?

1. Are you the outsourcer or the outsourcee...

If you're paying them, they should shut up. If they're paying you, you're an independent contractor and it's really none of their business as long as you reach your goal.

3. i would find that odd, how would they know that you are...

"using" your money frivolously; i mean, i wouldn't endorse that in either event, but for the sake of this post...how would they know if you do, or did? are you required to publish as a matter of public record your frivolous, corporate expenditures or some such?
