I should have bought a non-stick cookie sheet years ago . . .
Damn it makes things easy :)

Must have patience now and wait for cookies to cool slightly before gorging self on gooey sweetness.

Yummmm S'Mores cookies complete with graham, chocolate and marshmallow.

3. Oh, me too.
Unfortunately, I developed a habit of not waiting until the oven was entirely pre-heated (because it doesn't make that much difference with AirWare)...and then that habit carried over to my non-AirWare baking pans.

Mmmm, charcoal-bottomed baked goods.

6. I think it's only the ones with actual teflon that can be toxic

9. You can use a baking mat, can't you?
I don't think there are any offgas problems with them, and they work really, really well.
