4. I've got green here
I drink far more of it than black teas. Japanese sencha (to be precise).

I can't imagine what it would be like chilled though - hot is stunningly wonderful. :D

3. What's your brand?
We use PG Tips and sometimes Tetley (the real stuff from Britain, not the Connecticut crap). I take 1 1/2 tsp of sugar, please. Thanks!

6. I'm on Japanese sencha from Whittard's of Chelsea.
I'm afraid that I have a deep hatred of tea-bags, and most branded teas tend to source quite heavily from Kenya whose climate is (I.M.O.) totally unsuited to growing tea.

I don't drink very much black tea, when I do it tends to be Assam or Ceylon (when are we going to start calling it Sri Lanka?) - milk, no sugar.

The most important question (the cause of many fist-fights - or at least dirty looks - over here) when you make tea do you pre-lactate or post?

11. Can I hold my nose as I make it?
I think that it's like making tea with the contents of an ash-tray. :P

Of course I'll make you some though. :D

Small piece of irrelevant tea-trivia - Lapsang is pretty much the only tea in which one should use brown-sugar (presuming that one takes surgar, obviously if one does not then one doesn't use any sugar) which is normally kept only for coffee.
