Iraq-vet coming back to work with me. Incredible story.

Four years ago I started working for a large company headquartered in a big metropolitan area. The office was populated by a lot of new people, since they had just moved here from another city.

One of my coworkers was a really great guy who had just gotten out of the Army. He and his wife were new in town.

He had a great job, with a nice view of the skyline in a city that is true Blue. After he had been here a year, which was the length that he committed to, he and his wife and their new baby picked up stakes and headed back to her home state....of Texas. Seems like she didn't care much for the weather here, or something.

So they get back to Texas and he can't find a job. Anywhere. So he re-enlists in the Army for 2 years and ends up in Iraq. Imagine, from a nice cushy job in a modern and progressive work environment to Iraq in 15 months.

Anyway, just got the word..........he's been rehired and he's coming back.

He claims his wife promises not to complain about the weather too much.
